Terms & Conditions/Liability Waiver

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities and programs of B Fit and its subsidiaries, I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Sara Beacham and her agents from any and all responsibilities or liability from injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities or my use of the equipment in any fitness or workout programs.

I understand and am aware of potential hazards related to any exercise activity. I have consulted with and have a physician's release to participate in the program. I am voluntarily participating in these activities and accept any and all risk of injury.

I understand, and hereby, grant B Fit and its subsidiaries the right to interview, record, and reproduce and publish in whole or in part, any photographs, videos, voice overs, separately or in synchronization in perpetuity, for the purposes of promotion, advertising, and/or marketing.
